Tutoring & Support

Use your Trinity ID and password to log in to WCOnline.

• When you log-in the first time, you’ll be asked to respond to a few questions.
  • Required information noted by a red asterisk (*).
  • Optional: add your cell phone number and opt-in for text notifications.
• Once you complete the form, you’ll be directed to the scheduling menu.
• Click on “Aetna Quantitative Center” schedule
  • The Q-Center operates on a walk-in basis, so you can only schedule to meet with a tutor once you are close to your start time, preferably when in the center.
  • You can sort by tutor or course in the Display Options menu.
  • Before selecting a tutor, make sure they are able to assist with your course!
• A form will pop-up with basic information about your class, professor, and any comments for the tutor during your session.
